    2/3 Cup (80 g) BOOST Original Powder Vanilla
    1 1/4 cups (310 mL) whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup (175 mL) old-fashioned oats
    1/2 cup (125 mL) toasted rice cereal
    2 tbsp (30 mL) brown sugar
    1/2 cup (125 mL) butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    2 tbsp (30 mL) cold water
    1/3 cup (75 mL) reduced-sugar strawberry preserves
    2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh lemon juice

    Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick spray.

    In the bowl of a food processor, combine flour, oats, cereal, sugar, and 1 pouch of BOOST Powder. Process 30 seconds, or until mixture resembles sand.

    Add butter and cold water. Process until mixture sticks together when pressed.

    Press 2 cups (500 mL) of dough into prepared pan. Combine preserves, lemon juice and drink mix. Spread over dough in pan. Sprinkle remaining dough over preserves, gently pressing down.

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until light golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack before cutting into squares.
